By creating an account or using TeranoveCore, you agree to these Terms. If you use the platform on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company, and "you" means both you and the company. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
TeranoveCore is a unified platform for running an operation: a Portal for day-to-day work, a Store for adding functions and automations, and Cloud for file storage and routing. The platform is under active development — features may be added, changed, or removed, and some parts are labelled "coming soon" because they aren't available yet.
A Personal Profile is self-service: you register with an email and password. A Company Profile is created only after review by TeranoveCore — this is deliberate, so that a company profile is only ever set up by someone with the right to represent that business. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for activity under your account, and for the people you add to your company and the access you grant them.
Don't use TeranoveCore to break the law, to store or send unlawful content, to infringe someone else's rights, or to harass or harm others. Don't probe, scan, or interfere with the security or integrity of the service, don't try to access data that isn't yours, and don't misrepresent your authority to create or act for a company. We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk.
Your data stays yours. You grant TeranoveCore the permission needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display it for the purpose of operating the service and the features you turn on. You are responsible for having the right to put data into the platform — including personal data about your employees or customers — and for using it in line with the law that applies to you. How we handle data is described in the Privacy and Compliance pages.
Functions and automations are added through the Store. Everything runs by request and approval: anyone connected to a company can request an item, and someone with purchasing authority reviews it. For a person with purchasing authority, reviewing and approving is instant, so checkout completes immediately from their own cart; for anyone else, the request waits for someone with that authority to approve it. Where a paid plan applies, billing runs on a prepaid credit balance that is trued up as items are added, and an annual prepay option carries a discount. Prices and plans may change; we'll give reasonable notice of a change that affects what you already pay. You're responsible for any taxes that apply to your purchase.
We aim to keep the service running and will carry out maintenance with as little disruption as we reasonably can. At this stage TeranoveCore does not offer a formal uptime commitment. We may modify or discontinue parts of the service; where a change is significant and within our control, we'll try to tell you in advance.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeranoveCore disclaims all warranties that aren't expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of data that matters to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeranoveCore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You can stop using TeranoveCore and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law — normally with notice, and immediately where the risk to the service or others requires it. After termination you'll have a reasonable window to export your data before it is deleted, subject to any records we're required to keep.
We may update these Terms as the product and the law change. When we do, we'll update the "last updated" date, and for a material change we'll give notice through the service or by email. Continuing to use TeranoveCore after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
